Before you begin using our services or setting up your account with MyBigBrag (herein referred to as “us” or “we,” “the website” or “MBB”), please read the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) carefully. These T&C govern your access to and use of the MBB services (“Services”). This will constitute a binding agreement between you and MBB which operates www.mybigbrag.com.au. Your access to and use of the service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these MBB. Note that any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of our services to you.
MBB reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please refer to the webpage regularly for any changes. By continuing to access or use services after MBB makes any changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised T&C.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
1. Our services
MyBigBrag provides photo retouching and creative services to customers in Australia. We accept orders placed directly by email and through our website contact form at www.mybigbrag.com.au
We are based in Canberra Australia, so we only offer phone support or accept phone orders to Australian customers.
Our hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.00pm.
If you submitted your image/images and instructions and made a payment, we’ll process your order and deliver the finished image/images to you by email, FTP transfer, Dropbox, Hightail, Google Drive or via USB drive.

2. Your Submissions
By submitting images, you grant MBB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, transmit, modify, copy, display and edit any digital files or images received through use of the website for the purposes of completing your order.
You agree that you understand copyright and trademark laws and that all images and communications submitted to www.mybigbrag.com.au do not violate any laws.
By using our services, you agree that you will NOT upload, place or transmit any of the following materials or obtain any of the following materials using our Services:
- Any content that unlawful, pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, threatening, promoting racism or harm against any individual or a group.
- Any materials containing software viruses or computer codes, programs or files, destroying, interrupting or limiting the functionality of any computer equipment and software/hardware.
- Content that could infringe copyrights, rights of privacy or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of rights and the persons who are shown in the material.
3. Public Information
Your images and material submitted to MBBs website/email and retouched images are not accessible to public unless you share them with your networks. We may ask you if it is possible to put your photos in our portfolio gallery, but we never publish your images without your permission.
We respect your privacy and never outsource your projects outside of our in-house team.
However, you should know that images and information submitted to MBB are not confidential and may be read or intercepted by third parties. You confirm that if such interceptions occur, MBB is not liable in any manner under all applicable laws and jurisdictions.
The website contains images and material owned by/licensed to mybigbrag and protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws. Reproduction, duplicating and using of images and material with any commercial purposes is prohibited without a reference unless the permission has been granted by www.mybigbrag.com.au owners.
We may use other authors images for illustrative purposes only. Original images are the copyrighted property of their respective owners.
4. Data Storage
Normally, you agree that MBB does not provide data storage services and has no responsibility or liability for the deletion your upload after the service was delivered within 7 days. However, we off a special service to members of our MBB club to store ALL images we restore for at least 12 months.
5. Payment
Our prices are quoted in Australia dollars for customers.
The website pricing guide is given for a reference only.
Our photo retouching rates vary depending on each project’s specific needs.
Since every customer has very specific requirements, we quote each project individually as we estimate the complexity of your project and time required to complete your order.
You agree that billing and shipping information that you submit is accurate. You agree that MBB is not liable for any delay in services or products that result from inaccurate billing/shipping information.
You are required to make a full payment at the time of sign-off acceptance after our proofs and invoice is provided. We accept payment by PayPal.
PayPal is our partner and the safest and most secure way to pay online, used by millions every day. Once redirected to the PayPal secured website, you can either pay with your PayPal account if you have one, or pay by debit or credit card directly through PayPal.
6. Turnaround Time
The following information is for your reference only. Please contact us for an accurate information on turnaround times.
- Individuals: up to 3 images (Basic Retouching) about 2 to 3 business days; 3 and more about 2 to 5 business days;
- Individuals: more than 12 about 5 to 7 business days;
7. Canceling the Services
MyBigBrag reserves the right to cancel the services/the order or to terminate business with you or to suspend using the website at any time and without recourse to the courts.
You can only cancel the order before you receive the order confirmation email from us and we start processing your order.
Once we confirm the order, the service cannot be canceled.
8. Photo Replacement
MBB does not accept photo replacement after service is delivered. If you sent us a wrong image(s) or instructions and the order was completed , you are not allowed to ask us to edit another photo for free as a replacement. You agree that you are responsible for the consequences of sending us a wrong photo/instructions.
9. No Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer 2 rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to give you the best results possible but we have a NO REFUND policy as we contribute our time.
10. Revision Policy
MBB provides 23 rounds of revisions of your finished photos at no charge. Revision requests are acceptable during 30 days after making an order. If you do not take any actions within 30 days, your order will be automatically closed and cannot be re-opened. You will need to place a new order for retouching or revising the same photos.
Revision instructions should not conflict with or deviate from the original instructions filled out when the order was placed.
Minor changes can usually be made and given to you for review/approval within 1–3 business days. If the changes are more complex, the turnaround time will take up to 7–12 business days.
Take a note that unless otherwise agreed after 2 rounds of revisions, any additional revisions will be billed.
MBB makes no warranty that our services will meet all your requirements or that finished photos will meet your expectations.
11. Jurisdiction and settlement of disputes
Any contractual disputes are first settled through negotiations and then at the Australian legal system.
12. Language of the Terms and Conditions
The parties have agreed that the Terms and Conditions and related documents shall be written in English.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chris from mybigbrag on the Canberra World Peace bell website.
One great creative idea was his combining of the photo of Nara Park with an overlay of a ghostly “fan” design which was the inspiration for Lauren in the architectural design. He also shot our video on “green screen” and superimposed images of our designs behind the model of the proposed gazebo.
